EPOCH Senior Living on Blackstone Boulevard is seeking an Executive Director for the 93-Unit Assisted Living Facility in Providence, RI. Our facility is located in the beautiful and historic East Side. We offer Respite Services, Wellness Programs, Bridges Memory Care programs and many other amenities and services. We support a warm and friendly atmosphere and are committed to providing our residents with support to lead an independent and enriched lifestyle.

The Executive Director position requires a minimum of 2 years experience working in an Assisted Living Facility. Applicants must hold an Assisted Living License in the state of Rhode Island.
