Karen Peck of Brookdale Senior Living and Maureen McNamara of Brightview Senior Living have been awarded the Horace D'Angelo Junior Award, from the Assisted Living Federation (ALFA).
This national award honors passionate advocates for seniors. Karen and Maureen earned this award for their passionate and intelligent leadership resolving key issues in assisted living in RI. We know how much Karen and Maureen deserve this honor and are delighted their efforts have been recognized by ALFA. Congratulations Karen and Maureen for making a difference in the lives of people in assisted living and their loved ones now and into the future.
Horace D'Angelo was a founder of ALFA, a long standing board member, and a board member of the Michigan Assisted Living Association. His vision was to support resident centered regulatory oversight through grassroots advocacy
that included a strong national organization - ALFA - working jointly with ALFA state affiliates and chapters across the country.
