The Seasons, a Premier Assisted Living Residence in East Greenwich is seeking a dynamic, licensed Administrator who will lead the residence. The Administrator will be responsible for the professional and efficient operation of the Residence and its departments with the goal of excellence and regulatory compliance. The Administrator will lead residence’s management team in planning and administrative decision making with attention to the quality of life within our community. Create and maintain an atmosphere of warmth and a positive environment throughout the Residence.

Education / Experience:

• Current Licensed Assisted Living Administrator in the state of Rhode Island.
• Three+ years-experience in a health care supervisory position.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively market and manage the Assisted Living Residence.
