The Phyllis Siperstein Tamarisk Assisted Living Residence is a small, tightly knit community conveniently located in the heart of Warwick, minutes from the Warwick Mall. We are licensed by the Rhode Island Department of Health for 81 total residents within our traditional assisted living and memory support program which we call, "Renaissance." One of our major goals is to employ with care, making sure all new hires are treated with the same dignity and respect as our residents.

Currently we are looking to hire one (1) full or part-time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
-Maintains documentation and charts in accordance with Rhode Island Department of Health Regulations and Tamarisk policy while monitoring chart order and completeness of resident records
-Effectively communicating with residents, visitors, and staff members

Qualifications:
-Must have completed a fully accredited nursing program and successfully completed the state licensure examinations within six (6) months of graduation (Rhode Island licensure must remain current throughout employment at Tamarisk)
-Must pass required employee physical 72 hours before employment begins
-Must pass criminal background check
