Preventing harassment is a concern in workplaces today – including your building.  With over 50% of working women and 20% of men having experience sexual harassment in their lifetimes, it is vital for LTC communities to foster a safe and productive work environment to avoid eye-opening lawsuit settlements. 

No longer can managers ignore this issue but rather they must look at how to prevent it.  So how can you help eliminate sexual harassment in your workplace? The most effective way to a create a workplace free from sexual harassment is to empower your managers, and give them the tools they need to identify warning signs and follow proper protocols for prevention.
