Licensed Interim Nursing Home Administrator

Strategic Care Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented Nursing Home Administrator to take on an Executive Leadership Role either FT or PT.  Must be able to travel between MA, RI, NH. The Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) / Executive Leader is responsible for operations of the skilled nursing facility in accordance with current federal, state (Massachusetts, Rhode Island, or Connecticut), and local standards, guidelines, and regulations.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Oversee day to day operations of the facility
  • Ensure conformance with the annual budget
  • Fiscal management through census development, cost controls, and stringent receivable collection.
  • Participate in marketing activities while co-developing and implementing a marketing plan that achieves the financial goals and maintains high occupancy and premium case-mix through marketing strategies.
  • Provide a positive work environment for staff.
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents and staff.

Additional qualifications:

  • Experience as Executive Director in a skilled nursing facility
  • Administrator’s license in the state of Massachusetts, Rhode Island OR Connecticut is required
  • Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external customers
  • Minimum three (3) years of experience as a Skilled Nursing Facility Administrator preferred

Job Type: Full-time & Part-Time Per Diem

Pay: up to $155,000 per year
